Australian Workplace Strategies primarily advises employers. However, in limited circumstances, we also provide advice to employees – typically where referred by existing clients or where the nature of the matter aligns with our expertise.
All enquiries from employees are subject to screening, including conflict and suitability considerations, and we reserve discretion as to whether we accept an engagement.
Where appropriate, we provide practical, independent advice on workplace matters, with a focus on achieving clear and commercially realistic outcomes.
